Memorandums of Understanding
International partnerships may be codified through a number of institutional 协议, but usually start with a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), or a broad agreement in which USA and a partner institution express an intention to engage in cooperative academic or research activities. To help facilitate the creation of MOUs, Global USA has created a standard MOU and Intellectual Property Addendum. 请注意 all 协议, including standardized 协议, should be delivered to 美国全球 before requesting approvals from the University Attorney.
